General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdrome ("bdrome", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bdrome.com. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with bdrome, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka, participation in casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and all other services made available through the bdrome platform.

By completing the bdrome registration process, by performing the bdrome login to access an existing account, or by otherwise using any feature of the bdrome platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the bdrome platform.

bdrome reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of bdrome following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdrome. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific promotion only, and these Terms shall apply in all other respects.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bdrome account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active bdrome account.
• You are accessing the bdrome platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for individual players.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold another active bdrome account. Each player is permitted a single registered account only.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion or permanent account closure on bdrome.
• You are not employed by bdrome, nor are you a close relative of a bdrome employee, in a manner that could create a conflict of interest.

bdrome reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where age cannot be confirmed to bdrome's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any account confirmed to be held by a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds returned to the original payment method used for deposit, less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

bdrome operates the platform as an adults-only entertainment service. We strongly support responsible gaming and encourage all players to use the self-management tools available in the My Account section after completing the bdrome login.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the bdrome platform — including real-money game play, BDT deposits and withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must complete the registration process and create a verified bdrome account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid email address; a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh; your date of birth; and a preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer). You must not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information. Where bdrome discovers that registration information is inaccurate, the account will be suspended pending correction and verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdrome login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdrome will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact bdrome support at support@bdrome.com immediately and change your password.

bdrome may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held until compliance is achieved.

bdrome reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform. Access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bdrome platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the player journey. bdrome supports the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount on bdrome is ৳300. Deposits via mobile money services such as bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the bdrome account balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day to reflect in your account. bdrome does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Players who have attained VIP status may benefit from accelerated withdrawal processing as described in the VIP Programme terms. bdrome reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of previous verification status.

• All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bdrome reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other irregular activity is suspected.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect balance, bdrome reserves the right to correct the balance, including recovering any overpayment, regardless of whether a withdrawal has already been processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdrome offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with major Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are denominated in BDT.

Each bonus and promotion offered by bdrome is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated clearly in English on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. You must read and accept the specific terms of any promotion before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Placing a bet above the stated maximum using bonus funds may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Expiry dates are stated on every promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

bdrome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in shall continue to apply to that player's existing bonus balance.

User Obligations

As a registered bdrome player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. Your principal obligations as a user of the bdrome platform include, but are not limited to, the following:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and will promptly update your account details if they change.
• You will maintain the security of your bdrome login credentials and will not permit any other person to access your account.
• You will only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own legal name.
• You will cooperate fully with any KYC, age verification, or anti-money laundering checks initiated by bdrome and will provide requested documents within the timeframe specified.
• You will use the bdrome platform for personal entertainment only and will not use it for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of bdrome.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on bdrome — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you have concerns about your gaming behaviour.
• You will contact bdrome support at support@bdrome.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit. bdrome does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through gameplay. You agree to play responsibly and within your means at all times.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdrome platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money laundering: Using the bdrome platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of funds. bdrome applies anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with best-practice standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus terms rather than to use bonuses as intended entertainment enhancements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting bdrome support to resolve a dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, live games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, AI-driven betting tools, or any other automated system to interact with the bdrome platform in a manner not sanctioned by bdrome.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, mathematical vulnerabilities, or any technical malfunction of the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the bdrome platform by any person under the age of 18, whether knowingly or through negligence in account security.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdrome reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements; account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance; player-initiated self-exclusion; or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email. bdrome aims to complete investigations within 30 days of suspension. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate pending withdrawals processed promptly.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at bdrome's discretion, particularly where the balance includes winnings generated through prohibited activities. Where closure is voluntary or for non-disciplinary reasons, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

An inactive account is defined as an account that has recorded no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for 12 consecutive months. bdrome will notify the account holder by email at least 30 days before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a period of 24 months from last activity before being treated as unclaimed and subject to forfeiture.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdrome platform — including but not limited to the bdrome brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other content — is the intellectual property of bdrome or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bdrome grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdrome platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bdrome's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content on bdrome is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective providers. bdrome is a licensed distributor of their content, not the owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdrome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdrome platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

bdrome provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bdrome will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — including server errors, disconnections, display errors, or random number generator failures — bdrome reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player. Winnings generated during a technical malfunction are not guaranteed and may be voided.

• bdrome is not responsible for delays or failures in BDT payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• bdrome is not liable for any taxes, levies, or other charges that may be applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations.
• bdrome's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to your bdrome account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdrome's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdrome is an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bdrome platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus terms, withdrawal processing, or account closure — you should contact bdrome support at support@bdrome.com in the first instance. bdrome's support team, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), will endeavour to investigate and respond to your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate it to bdrome's senior complaints team by emailing support@bdrome.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bdrome aims to issue a final response to formal complaints within 21 days of escalation.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are uncertain about your rights, you may wish to seek independent legal advice.

Amendments to These Terms

bdrome reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the range of services offered, changes to payment methods or banking partners, improvements to platform features, or any other operational or commercial reason at bdrome's discretion.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — bdrome will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account and by prominent notice on the bdrome platform. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms each time you complete the bdrome login and access the platform. Your continued use of bdrome following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@bdrome.com.

The current effective version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions. In the event of a dispute regarding which version of the Terms applies, the version in force on the date on which the relevant events occurred shall govern.
